Alpa Land and JLL enter real estate partnership
Alpa Land, Inc. has officially teamed up with real estate services provider JLL Philippines as the leasing partner for ADG IT Center and Alpa Land's other commercial spaces for lease.

Alpa Land, Inc. has officially teamed up with real estate services provider JLL Philippines as the leasing partner for ADG IT Center and Alpa Land's other commercial spaces for lease.
Alpa Land is the real estate arm of the Cebu-based A.D. Gothong Group of Companies and is the developer of Alpa City Suites and Fontana Heights Residences in Mandaue City.
“This appointment by Alpa Land is a testimony of trust in JLL’s history of quality and speedy leasing, which is of critical importance for the success of a quality office property,” JLL Philippines’ Country Head, Christophe Vicic said on the partnership.
