Avire set to invigorate ‘The Quiet Side of Cubao’
Official Press Release
When people talk about Cubao, the first thing that comes to mind is the hustle bustle of the area surrounding the MRT station – the Big Dome, Gateway Mall and all of the other commercial establishments that has become the signature of Cubao. But a new mixed-use development is set to make a mark in one of the Metro's most populated areas.
Avire, a project of AV World Ventures and Development Corporation, is envisioned to invigorate the image of mixed-use retail and office spaces. Located in the prime corners of P. Tuazon, Lakandula Street and Magat Salamat in Project 4, the 2000 square-meter development is eight storeys high and will house restaurants, stores and company operations. AV World President Victoria Lopez Reyes says, "It's clear that both land and building space is rapidly running out in the Katipunan/Loyola Heights, C5/Libis, Project 2/3 and Cubao areas. This is why we decided to focus on this 'quiet side of Cubao.'"
She points out that there is a lack in a commercial and/or recreational destination within walking distance or close proximity of the Project 4 community, and that no current establishment in the area offers retail, office, and events place all located under one roof. "Establishments who will choose to be located in Avire will have as their primary market the neighborhood community residing in Project 4. The secondary market is the office employees, people with interest and businesses in the government centers, medical staff and students around the area."
And to maximize the potential of this new development, AV World Ventures has appointed real estate professional services and investment management firm JLL as its sole leasing agent.
Head of Landlord Representation Antonio Sabarre is very excited for this partnership. "It's clear that AV World was able to identify an area of opportunity, and we are here to help them achieve their goal of raising the level of commerce in Project 4. We have the experience and expertise, and we look forward to bringing our clients to Avire."
