HM Tower offers sustainability and efficiency for Cebu office locators
When Kendrick Go, COO of Premier Diamond Developers Inc., became heavily involved in the planning of HM Tower, he knew right away that he wanted it to be focused on two things: sustainability and efficiency.
He says. "When we engaged Arch. Jose Siao Ling and his team Jose Siao Ling and Associates (JSLA), we were clear with the design direction we wanted for the development. It has to be functional yet efficient, aesthetically-pleasing yet sustainable."
Go adds, "JSLA is one the most awarded architectural firms in the country, and it helps that I am an architect myself. Working with them truly was a collaboration, and we cannot be prouder with the results."
Located at the prime location of Cebu IT Park, HM Tower is Premier Diamond's first office space project that is envisioned to become the new standard of office space efficiency down south. Rising 16 stories high, it has a total gross leasable area of 11,772.73 square meters, a typical floor area of 1,129.08 square meters and boasts of a minimalist modern design meant for smart office spaces.
JLL has been appointed as the PEZA-registered property's sole leasing agent, and Head of Landlord Representation Antonio Sabarre is impressed with how the building has balanced sustainable design with functionality.
