JLL ventures into luxury residential market

JLL Philippines has ventured into its first residential sales project following its appointment by Bayswater Realty as exclusive selling agent of 27 Annapolis.

The property is a 45-storey luxury residential condominium tower located in Greenhills, San Juan.

A signing ceremony was held recently at the Tower Club in Makati City, with both Bayswater Realty and JLL executives and officers in attendance.
