JLL PH to hold first Real Estate Market Overview for 2022

JLL welcomes the year with its first Real Estate Market Overview on January 27, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. PH Time. The webinar entitled Real Estate Market Overview: Top Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Trends in 2022 aims to equip participants with the right knowledge to identify opportunities and drive commercial real estate growth in the coming months. 

JLL Philippines Country Head, Joey Radovan, will host and moderate the discussion.

In this webinar, participants can learn about commercial real estate trends and insights across different sectors. Janlo de los Reyes, JLL Philippines Head of Research and Consultancy, will begin with a recap of notable corporate real estate trends in 2021 and a reveal of forward views on what to watch out for in the new year.

We will also give prominence to sectors that we see will define the Metro Manila real estate landscape in 2022:

Charlie McNaught, Director for Logistics and Industrial, will share insights on the logistics and industrial landscape.

Carl Dizon, Senior Analyst - Capital Markets, will talk about data centers in the Philippines.

Nix Garchitorena, Energy & Sustainability Services Manager, will touch on the Top 10 Global commercial real estate trends and share sustainability reporting guidelines for publicly listed companies.

Calum Swinnerton, Head of Project & Development Services, will talk about asset enhancement, specifically existing building rehabilitation to reduce carbon footprint. 

The webinar will conclude with a Q&A session. The speakers will be joined by P. Ryan Isip, JLL Philippines Head of Capital Markets, to complete the panel who will e-meet participants and entertain questions.
